Open the door of pâtisserie Jacobs to try the famouscouque de Dinant”! This family has maintained the family tradition since 1860, making it one of the oldest producers of “couques”.

This biscuit is made from a delicate mixture of wheat flour, pure honey, and sugar. The baking takes place at a very high temperature, so that the honey caramelizes very quickly. When cooling, the couque then hardens like caramel.
You can also try a soft variant of the “couque de Dinant”: thecouque de Rins”.
